Dr. Slump

Dr. Slump is Akira Toriyama's first manga, published in Weekly Shonen Jump from 1981 to 1984. It was adapted into two anime series, one of 243 episodes airing from 1981 to 1986 and one of 74 episodes airing from 1997 to 1999. There have also been 11 animated films.
Dr. Slump (Senbei Norimaki) lives in Penguin Village and has created the little girl robot, Arale-chan.
