Shampoo, Ukyo, and Kodachi are in the Tendo kitchen, supposedly to help in the food preparation, although they are actually engaged in sabotaging each other - making successful food preparation almost impossible. In this cel, Shampoo is stifling a laugh at Ukyo's ruined okonomiyaki, which Shampoo has just messed up in retaliation for Ukyo spilling a bottle into Shampoo's wok, ruining the food she was preparing.
