Ranma-chan and Akane are at a fair. Akane sees a little boy who is crying because he can't catch a goldfish at the catch-a-fish booth. Akane says that she'll catch a fish for the boy. But, when she tries, she finds out that all of the nets break when she tries to lift a fish out of the water. Ranma-chan then comes up and says that she can catch the goldfish. In this cel, Ranma-chan is starting the arm movement to begin catching the fish.
Ranma-chan wears this yellow outfit in just a couple of episodes in season 2.
