Poor P-chan! Always under foot - in this case, Pantyhose Taro's foot!
The expression on P-chan's face made me want this cel. It's just so funny.
The context of this cel is as follows. Ranma is rushing to save Akane from Pantyhose Taro, who has kidnapped her. Before he reaches the location where Akane is being held captive, Ryoga intercepts Ranma. AS Ryoga and Ranma stand facing each other, a hugh wave washes over Ryoga, transforming him into P-chan. Almost immediately, Pantyhose Taro appears behind P-chan and steps on him.
