Anime Beta 2013 Awards: Animated Second Place
Series: Magical Tululuto-kun
This is an animation of several cels from the Magical Taluluto-kun TV series. The image below shows the individual cels in the order that they appear in the animation: B7, B6, B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B1. The animation is of the young magician girl Mimora.
The animation did not use the cels in the TV program animation order. I think changing the order produced a much more effective presentation. I think Mimora's stuck out tongue and eye-lid pull (a unique Japanese animation gesture) ends up making a pretty cute gif.
