This is a cel of Ranma-chan engaging in one of the ploys Ranma-chan uses thoughout the series to capture Happosai - exposing herself or her underwear to lure Happosai out. In this cel, Ranma-chan is reacting to Happosai grabbing her on the butt. In the scene, Akane and Ranma-chan are dressed in their tennis outfits to attract Happosai, who they want to translate the scroll that Ranma got at the hot spring. Happosai had hid the scroll there. Happosai, Ranma, Genma, and Soun all tried to get the scroll. The scroll is supposed to hold the technique for the Happo Fire Burst.
