The three Karas-tegus have hauled their sex-change cannon into the classroom and are sighting it on Ryunosuke, who has just reluctantly agreed to be changed into a man. The tengus have decided that Ryunosuke would make a perfect groom for their princess Kurama. The fact that Ryunosuke is a girl is just a small problem that they intend to fix.
The B1 cel layer is the cross-hair. The A layer is Ryunosuke. The two layers are shown separately below with the cross-hair layer scanned with an otange background to make the white cross-hairs visible.
The cel layer with Ryunosuke is not cut square at the bottom and is possibly part of a much larger vertical pan cel, since the camera pans upward on Ryunosuke and ends on his face. The image is seen through blurred cross-hairs.
