Akane in boy's clothes, Shinnosuke, and Shinnosuke's grandfather in a dress are watching Ranma-chan attempt to elude the Eight-Headed Orochi. Akane turns to ask if there is anything that they can do.
The A3 cel layer is shown separately below. The cel shows Shinnosuke's grandfather in a pink dress, which is difficult to scan.
The cel layers showing the different characters do not appear simultaneously in the OAV. The independent cel layers associated with the characters occur about a second apart.
