This beautiful image of Kodachi Kuno comes right after Ranma rescues her from a fall off the Tendo compound roof. The fall was actually caused by Ranma, hot water kettle in hand, chasing after P-chan across the rooftop. After the rescue, Ranma puts Kodachi back on the rooftop. In the scene from which this cel comes, Kodachi preens while Ranma comes to recognize her as the Black Rose, who he had run into previously.
