This cel is from the second nude encounter between Akane and Ranma in the Tendo bathroom.This cel occurs in a cut to Akane's face as she sputters at Ranma, just before slapping Ranma. In this encounter, both Akane and Ranma are female, unlike the first encounter, in which Ranma was male. Later, as Ranma nurses his wounds, Nabiki suggest that things were OK the second time because Ranma was a girl, although the comment does not ameliorate Akane's ire.
This cel captures a close-up of Akane's anger, which seems to be a frequent state for Akane in the early episodes.
