Ranma has chased Cologne to an intersection where she has given the appearance of splitting into multiple images. Ranma got the idea of grabbing a chicken leg from a boy eating on the corner. Ranma throws the leg in the air and draws out Cologne, who is seen in this cel pursuing the leg. Later, Cologne comments that she shouldn't fight on an empty stomach.
The animators of this series are not kind to older folk. This picture isn't flattering, but I'm afraid that there simply are any flattering cels of Cologne.
