The Van Eaton Galleries Certificate of Authenticity states that this is a pencil drawing of Fred Flintstone from a Cocoa Rockies commercial done by Renegade Animation. Cocoa Rockies is a Barney Rubble fake cereal that he tries to switch for Cocoa Pebbles Cereal in what is actually a commercial for Cocoa Pebbles.
On Renegade Animation's website, the company mentions that they are one of a few animation houses approved to animate licensed characters belonging to Disney, Warner Bothers, Cartoon Network, and Nickelodeon.
