The Van Eaton Galleries Certificate of Authenticity states that this is a pencil drawing of Woody Woodpecker from a Pepsi commercial done by Renegade Animation. The Wikipedia entry for Woody Woodpecker mentions that Woody Woodpecker appeared in a 1995 Pepsi commercial with Shaquille O'Neal.
On Renegade Animation's website, the company mentions that they are one of a few animation houses approved to animate licensed characters belonging to Disney, Warner Bothers, Cartoon Network, and Nickelodeon.
