This cell shows Yogi Bear with his fishing line hooked in the ice floe on which he is dancing around.
Most of the cels I picked up at Comic-Con 2011 were in boxes associated with commercials or revivals of older characters. So, there is no telling what this cel might be from.
The character Yogi Bear first appeared in 1958 as part of "Ihe Huckleberry Hound Show" produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions. Later, in 1961, he was given his own show "The Yogi Bear Show", Yogi appeared in a variety of TV shows, feature films, and commercials in the 1960s through 1990s.
