The cheerleader Mariko has just launched a baton attack against the mysterious fighter who is battling Kuno. Ranma-chan has blocked the attack, resulting in the batons landing on Kuno's head. Here, in this cel image, Ranma-chan is boasting that she bets that Mariko has never seen someone block her baton attack like that before.
This cel was purchased from Mandarake. It's a very nice image of Ranma-chan in a distinctive costume.
