Kasumi (back visible to the right), Nabiki, and Akane are in the changing room getting undressed in preparation for entering the hotel public bath.
Well, I'll admit that this cel is a bit of a stretch as far as putting it in the nudity section. But, I like the idea of it being in this section, so in it goes. It's a great lead-in to the girls in the bath itself.
Since very few of the multi-layer cels that I have are not stuck together, I have taken the opportunity below to show all of the cel layers separately just because I can.
The screens captures show two times: Kasumi earlier in the pan just visible on the right (7:20) and Akane and Nabiki later (7:22).
