Chibi Ataru in the blue rectangle and chibi Lum in the pink rectangle.
I purchased this cel just for the cuteness of it. I haven't tried to locate this cel since it has been years since I have viewed most of the Urusei Yatsura series.
The C1 cel is Ataru. The B2 cel layer is Lum. The A2 END layer is the rectangles.
