Sequence mates are located in "Cordelia's Cel Cove" and in "Ted's Animation Gallery".
Unfortunately, the whole scene (cut 138) appears to have been eliminated from the final video. Cordelia's Cel Cove has the C5 end cel of the panda but also has the background and associated cel of Kasumi along with the layout, so it's would be hard to miss this cel if it were present in the actual video. It appears that this was intended to appear just when Kasumi was announced as the winner of the Miss beachside contest, but, unfortunately, the scene went to the cutting room floor.
