A nude Ranma-chan and a nude Ryoga, in the tub after Ranma-chan has dunked P-chan in the hot water, are arguing about Ryoga's Jusenkyo problem in the Tendo bathroom. Ranma-chan tells Ryoga that he should blame the girl and the panda for him falling in the cursed spring, not Ranma. Of course, just at the moment shown in this cel, Genma, in panda form, opens the bathroom door, allowing both Ranma-chan and Ryoga to realize that Ranma-chan and Genma were the girl and panda responsible for Ryoga falling in the cursed spring.
This scene is about as naked as it gets in Ranma 1/2 and represents the limits in male and female nudity. Clearly, it favors those of us with a greater appreciation for the nude female form.
