Ranma and Kodachi are standing on the bridge over the Kuno estate pond. Ranma is asking Kodachi for a look at Kuno's book of photos of Ranma-chan that Kodachi has gotten hold of.
The D-1 layer is just Kodachi's lips. The C-4 layer is Kodachi. The A-9 layer is Ranma. The Kodachi image occurs about a second before the Ranma image.
