Even shrewish characters can produce beautiful images, as is witnessed by this cel.
Kodachi is responding to Ranma's statement that he would rather eat the negative of the pictures that Kodachi has been spreading around than the photos themselves. The wall behind her is the Kuno compound wall.
In the video, Kodachi's kimono is definitely black, not red, as is the case in this cel. I wonder if there was a correction layer that overrode the color.
