This cel shows Mousse splashed, chained and left behind by Shampoo at her amusement park concession stand. Just before this image, Dr. Tofu has walked into the shop to purchase food. He recognizes Shampoo but discovers that he has lost his wallet. Shampoo offers to provide the food for free if Dr. Tofu will lead her to Ranma. Once he agrees, there is a sudden cut to Mousse struggling in his chains and then to the Tendo family with Shampoo cuddling Ranma.
The cel is stuck to the background.
