The layout, which consists of two separate sheets tapped together, shows the scene in which Akane is laying unconscious on the grass beneath a schoolyard fence after having been attacked by Shampoo. In the actual video, Ranma is shown jumping over the fence and then there is a pan down the fence to the prone Akane. The screen captures show the start of the pan and the end of the pan.
The markings at the top of the layout indicate that this layout is for cut 130 of episode 19. Although this is from production episode 19, it was broadcast as episode 16 because first season episodes 15-17 were pulled just before airing of episode 15 entitled "The Abduction of P-chan" due to a series of kidnappings that occurred at the time.
