Kimie Hanata of the Hakushin Society
I based the character identification on this cel in the Cogamix Anime Gallery.
I purchased this cel because it was very cheap and I find the cross-hatching around the neck to present an interesting image.
The cel is stuck to a plain piece of white paper to which some of the cel image has adhered.
Besides the Cogamix Anime Gallery, Chris' Cel site has a substantial collection for this series.
