Ranma-chan, with a shirt torn by Ryoga's attacks, stands and watches as Akane runs away. Ryoga is standing frustrated and is about to launch the rope attack that cuts off Akane's long hair.
The douga shows the crumpling it received due to poor packaging by the person selling the cel. The cel received damage as well but it isn't visible on the scan.
