Akane and Princess Ori spar in the Tendo dojo.
This is one of the stop action moment cels that frequently are used to end a segment as the camera pans around and comes in closer. Cels of this type generally have very nice images, such as this one.
It appears that the previous owner trimmed both the cel and the background, since they are now the same size and the cel is without alignment holes. The episode number (#130) is written on the back of the background in the form typical of other backgrounds from the series.
