Birdy is slumped down against the wall in the alley after battling Bachilus.
The cel of Birdy occurs as the dissolve has almost merged fully into Tsutomu. The screen capture shows the start of the transformation and the point at which this cel actually occurs, which is almost at the end of the transformation.
