Kiki is running through a crowd on the street.
The cel is from a scene in which Kiki is chasing after the dirigible that has broken loose from its moorings with Tombo hanging onto one of the ropes dangling from the dirigible.
The cel shown has three layers. The top D25 layer contains the crowd near Kiki on the right and the couple in the lower left. The middle B40 layer contains Kiki and the running boy in the white shirt. The bottom C17 layer contains the group of 3 (2 men and a woman in a yellow dress) on the left. The top and middle layers are stuck to each other.
This cel occurs at 1:34:00 (Title 2) in Disc 1 of the Walt Disney Home Entertainment DVD 25341 and at 1:33:51 (Title 1 ) in Disc 1 of the Studio Ghibli DVD Video VWDZ8008.
The cel came with a non-matching color copy of building fronts that just made for a confusing, busy image, so the color copy background has been omitted.
