Akane was working hard in the kitchen preparing food when Ranma & Happosai run into the kitchen. Ranma stops in time to avoid running into Akane, but Happosai gives him a push, causing Ranma to smash into Akane anyway. This causes the dish that she has just removed from the oven to fall to the floor and break. The two cel layers are from the sequence where Happosai looks closely at the broken dish. He makes a remark that Ranma considers in bad taste, Ranma hits him.
The leg and broken pieces are on layer A1. Happosai, Ranma's arm, and the yellow lines are on layer B13.
Cels of some characters, such as Happosai, are uninteresting unless they are involved in some activity, as is the case here. This cel was appealing because it showed Happosai receiving punishment in the mist of chaos that he is responsible for.
