The ghost cat Maomolin is explaining the relationship between his big bell and the little bell - that they are marriage bells - to Soun and Akane. He intends to marry the possessor of the little bell, which happens to be Shampoo.
The cat is on layer D5. Akane's head is on layer C1 with the rest of her body on layer B5E. Layer A5 has Soun. The one douga that came with the cel is the A-5 douga featuring Soun.
