Akane, Soun, and Ganma stare in anger at Happosai, who is avoiding being hit to break his connection with Ranma. Happosai has earlier administered an elixir to made Ranma respect him. However, the results were not what was intended and Happosai became physically stuck to Ranma. The others are trying to remove Happosai before the bond becomes unbreakable.
Unfortunately, the stuck cel layers were not in the proper relative positions to replicate the actual scene as filmed.
