After the Miss Beachside contest has resulted in neither Shampoo nor Ukyo winning and the two have scuffled, they both turn as they hear the approach of Tsubasa, being chased by Neko Cat.
There are two cel layers in the image. The A5 image of Shampoo occurs while Ukyo is still facing Shampoo. The C13 image of Ukyo occurs at the end of the sequence after Ukyo has completed her turn to look behind her for the onrushing disturbance.
A sequence mate is located in "Baka-Inu Cels."
