This scene occurs near the beginning of the OAV where Shampoo and Ukyo are sitting at a table in the Cat Cafe. They are both imagining romantic vacations with Ranma when their daydreams intrude upon each other's in the split screen.
This scene is one of very few showing more than one Ranma / fiancée combination on screen at the same time. I find it quite an appealing tableau.
