This cel appears to be airbrushed onto the acetate. It is absolutely gorgeous.
The person who sold this used a solid orange sheet with rice paper over it as a background. I have tried other backgrounds in an attempt to show the true beauty of the cel. Some attempts are shown, one against a light blue background and other against a black background.
