Oyuki is showing Lum, Ran, and Benten around her sherbert ranch. Benten is about to try a sherbert cone that is created by pulling off a sherbert bird's nose. (As Oyuki says, don't worry. It grows back - at a rather astounding speed, actually.) Lum is already partaking of her sherbert.
This image shows Benten in a nice outfit, sans chains. Her usual outfit is obviously unsuitable for the wintery clime.
