The Tendo household is staying at the run-down Hotel Royal Prince Okura on a vacation. After a previous evening of scary stories, Akane goes for a morning dip in the spa by herself (or so she thinks!). In the water, she starts recalling what Ranma and Nabiki said previously and gets nervous. Leaving the water, she hears something behind her. In this cel, she is turning to yell "Who's there?" in response to the noises she heard.
I guess I could have put this cel of a nude Akane in the Nude-O-Rama section, but the cel doesn't show enough "evidence" to justify it.
