Dr. Tofu tells Ranma that he is using the wrong shampoo to correct Akane's amnesia. He has a book with the correct formula.
The markings on the cel and background indicate that this cel is from cut 83 of episode 20. However, this was actually broadcast as episode 17, and the first season (Ranma 1/2) ended with episode 18. Ranma 1/2 was cancelled and retooled as Ranma 1/2 Nettohen for its second season. Episodes planned for the first season were eventually shown towards the middle of the second season.
