Akane is picking up Ryoga's umbrella as Ranma and Ryoga fight on the school athletic field when she realizes its weight means Ryoga is exceptionally strong. The scene tints red as Akane thinks about the implications.
This cel is one of the nicest cels of Akane I have seen. The scan doesn't due the beautiful red tint its full justice.
